If you are not satisfied with Sim-on-Mesh for any reason, you are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of your initial monthly subscription purchase.
To request a refund, please contact us at info@simonmesh.com with your purchase details. Refunds will be processed through our payment partner, Paddle, and typically take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
For recurring monthly subscriptions, you may cancel your subscription at any time via your Paddle dashboard or by emailing us. Your license will remain active until the end of the current monthly billing cycle. We do not offer partial refunds for the remaining time in a cycle after cancellation.
We provide a 30-day free trial so you can evaluate the software before purchase. We encourage you to use this trial period to ensure the software meets your needs before completing a purchase.
