By using the Sim-on-Mesh software and website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Upon purchase, Sim-on-Mesh grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software on your devices according to the license tier purchased. For subscriptions, this grant is valid as long as your subscription remains active.
You may not: (a) decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble the software; (b) redistribute or resell the software; (c) bypass any licensing or security mechanisms in the software.
Sim-on-Mesh is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the software, including but not limited to lost data or interrupted CFD workflows.
We reserve the right to terminate your license for breach of these terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the software.
We may update these terms from time to time. Your continued use of the software after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction.
